Ethos
The founding of our organization is inspired in large part by this excerpt from the speech, "Citizenship In a Republic," delivered by President Theodore Roosevelt in 1910. The entire speech is worth reading, but this excerpt is particularly impactful. The world today is full of critics and cynics. These timeless words, delivered over a century ago, serve as a tremendous reminder that the noble pursuit of greatness in any form is always a worthy cause.

About the Founder
Chris spent nearly 15 years in law enforcement between southern Arizona and western Colorado, working in a variety of capacities from uniformed patrol, to plain clothes assignments in narcotics and as a detective, along with 11 combined years on SWAT teams. Chris also spent the last seven years of his law enforcement career as an instructor in various capacities to include Handgun and Carbine, along with various patrol tactics such as TECC, Active Threat Response, and building clearing.
After relocating to the Treasure Valley of Idaho, Chris made the conscious decision to depart from law enforcement and work to share the skills and lessons learned from his time spent in the profession. Chris also actively trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and competes in local USPSA and IDPA matches.
